Company News About Comparison between normal polycarbonate slat and V-0 fire retardant polycarbonate slat
As you may know, we have successfully made our polycarbonate roller shutter to be fire retardant V-0 tested by SGS company.
There are some differences between normal polycarbonate slats and our V-0 fire-retardant polycarbonate slats.
The left side is a Normal polycarbonate slat, Right side is a V-0 fire-retardant polycarbonate slat.
As you can see, the Ture fire retardant polycarbonate slat is not as transparent as the normal one, this is because we have mixed some fire retardant agents with the import PC material, which turns out to be excellent performance against fire.
Key features of our V-0 fire-retardant polycarbonate slats
1, It's very difficult for the door to get on fire
2, Even when the door is on fire, there is very little fire frame and the fire will automatically self-extinguishing within a few seconds
3, In addition, the fire will not spread to other items nearby
