FAQ of  Steel Roll-Up Shutter Door

• What are your main steel door products?

A: Our main steel door products are insulated sectional garage doors and industry doors. We can offer different materials such as polyurethane sandwich panels, aluminum profiles with tempered glass, solid wood, aluminum sheets, laser cut designs, and other new materials available.

• What is the delivery time?

A: 20 days for the standard colors and 30 days for the customized. Also, it depends on the specifications and quantity of each order. Shipment time depends on the location of our customers.

• What are your payment items?

A: Normally we accept 30% for deposit by T/T and the balance would be arranged before delivery. If you have any other suggestions, please contact us.

• Can we place one or two sets for trial?

A: Yes, of course, this is the better way of quality check. Also if you don't require one whole set, we have a small sample in stock as well, it is free of charge, you just need to handle the freight. It is a good way to show the sincerity for both of us.
